We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as the Director of Leasing.
As the Director of Leasing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management , leasing and leadership experience.
*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the operations of the Leasing Department
* Grow and develop the leasing team members
* Set goals and establish expectations
* Create and maintain department procedures
* Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
* Working knowledge of all Leasing Department procedures and duties
* Knowledge of pricing units and market fluctuations
* Establish and develop relationships with community partners
* Work collaboratively with other departments
* Track progress of goals and department growth
* Develop and lead projects
* Participate in company events
* Participate in continuing education and leadership development
