We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Assistant Community Manager for our team in Tacoma, WA.
As a Property Management Assistant Community Manager, you will assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the leasing process including showings, application processing, and lease signings
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain accurate resident records and files
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Participate in resident events and activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property management in Tacoma, WA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
