Jack Hammer or Giant Slege Hammer Help Needed (Lakewood)

I am seeking someone who can help me loosen a narrow line of concrete (about 20' long).
The cement I found, while trying to level the ground, dips down into the ground.
I don't need it all out but I am trying to lower the grade by 8 1/2".
I tried with a mini sledge and chisel and I'm getting a hand full of small pieces at a time.
I am physically drained and already at my budget limit for this project; thus I am really in a bind.
I am seeking favor and grace from a willing heart.
I do have $40 of my own cash I can give.
