Work with Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel in order to achieve an efficient operation at all times.
Assist the Supervisor in following up with all manufacturing orders that are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in.
Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures.
Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift.
Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
Support training and development of team members.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals Prior manufacturing experience preferred Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure High level of Mechanical Aptitude Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
