The Purchasing Expeditor provides administrative and purchasing support to the department.

Position will be located in Tacoma, WA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to strengthen professional relationships for the Purchasing department.
Liaise with vendors ensuring a timely delivery of products.
Work closely with Engineering and Production ensuring supply tracking is synchronized.
Perform data entry into Made2Manage (ERP System) ensuring notes are accurate and accessible.
Lead small improvement projects with department as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree preferred.
Previous experience with an ERP System strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
Proven track record of being organized, detailed, accurate, self-motivated, working with minimal supervision, and partnering with diverse team members required.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently, retain a sense of urgency and meet strict timelines required.
Conduct oneself with the highest level of professionalism and ethnical standards.
