Plumbing Service Manager

Commission will be paid on top of an hourly salary.
*Benefits include:* * Commission * Top pay and recognition for hard workers * Medical/dental/vision plans * Retirement planning * Positive work environment that encourages employees to learn and grow * Great work-life balance *Job Description* * Managerial position * Selling jobs - commission based work on top of hourly pay * Plumbing background required, plumbing license not required * Commercial and residential work, single and multifamily homes * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems * Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure * Install and maintain water supply systems * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems * Drilling, use of power tools, installation of bathtubs, showers * Drain cleaning, fixture repair and replacements, water heaters, troubleshooting, leak detection, cable machines, hydro jetting, boiler tech * After hours and weekend jobs as scheduled *Skills and Requirements* * Management experience * Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings * Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.
