With over 200 employees in 10 states and 30 store locations, we have grown into one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country.

Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional.
*What You Will Do: * * Creates and distributes purchase orders for assigned vendors while ensuring compliance to Purchasing KPIs * Recommends purchase buy ins for promotions * Reviews item forecast monthly for accuracy and make changes as necessary * Acts as Inventory Specialist for all aspects of inventory maintenance including but not limited to: ensuring stockkeeping criteria / levels are proactively maintained in accordance with company guidelines and KPI, creation of new items / item categories, open stock, promotional and kit BOM skus, cross references, item dimensions, vendor item information maintenance.
Updates and maintains all vendor pricing information in our ERP.
Secures SDS sheets for all new products.
Assists with price increases, price sheet maintenance for assigned vendors.
Implement new forecast adjustments for new items (90 days) with input from sales.
* Responsible for monitoring and reporting Surplus, Excess and Dead Stock Inventory and works with sales and vendors to reduce and/or eliminate that stock * Identifies expired promotional stock and directs breakdowns into open stock * Complete, submit and follow up on shipping discrepancy forms to vendors for over shipped / under shipped products * Request Return Authorization (RA) numbers from vendors for over shipped / under shipped error and / or overstock as needed * Makes calls to inquire about the status of orders and vendor back orders * Relays product information and availability to staff via available channels * Responds to incoming questions related to inventory on hand and inventory on order * Maintain a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation toward both external and internal ‘customers’ while working in a fast paced environment * Regular attendance in accordance with our Attendance Policy.
