Currently, our Jax team is seeking a passionate, self-driven Guest Relations Lead who has a passion for learning about AVEDA product and service knowledge.
The right candidate must be highly customer service oriented with exceptional verbal and communication skills.

In order to maintain these high expectations, we need someone who is extremely reliable and punctual and also demonstrates efficiency through proper booking.
We expect our Guest Relations Lead to work and grow as a team, while also having the ability to work independently.
As a member of the Guest Relations Team at Jax Salon and Spa, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our AVEDA service cycle model.
This position is a manifestation and revelation our Brand of Hospitality in the Salon and Spa business.

You can communicate and listen.
You're in charge of overseeing all aspects of Guest relations, creating schedules, and managing the team.
You are a central figure to the public and the team.
You do what needs to be done or delegate efficiently.
This includes selling product and services, making appointments, completing transactions, building strategies, cleaning, laundry, being a warrior about appearances.
Have FUN while you're at it.
Having major computer point of sales skills is a must.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Greeting guests promptly upon arrival and offering them a beverage
* Checking guests in and out
* Answering phones and responding to voicemails and text messages
* Scheduling
* Confirming appointments
* Continuously learn and provide product knowledge
* Meeting sales goals
* Ensure the front of house is fully stocked and presentable
* Opening and closing the salon
* Handling cash and operating a POS system
* Preparing deposits
* Cleaning
* Laundry
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of management experience
* At least 1 year of reception or front desk experience
* Bonus for AVEDA experience
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* A team-player with the drive and passion to succeed
