Band Rehearsal Space (Tacoma)

I have a band rehearsal space with all equipment (including drums) for a couple bands who want to practice once a week.
I also have recording capabilities if you need for practice or demo quality mixes (extra).
This is in my home (studio in the basement), so I will be a little picky about the people who use my space.
Price is negotiable, let me know what you can or are willing to pay for the space and use of equipment.
