Position Summary
Acts as receptionist and provides secretarial support for assinged unit and associated services.
Maintains accurate statistical data and schedules surgeries within established policies.
Facilitates communication among staff, physicians and other departments to enhance quality patient care.
Requirements
Have a current CPR card
Must be knowledgeable in the use of personal computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office
Able to organize, prioritize and manage a heavy daily workflow
Previous experience as a Receptionist/Secretary is preferred
