Job Summary:
The Direct Service Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing assistance and support to clients to live meaningful lives in their communities.
You will help clients learn and grow with an outcome of assisting individuals to reach their fullest potential of independence.

Wage: $20-22
Locations: Tacoma
Shifts:
Full Time:
6am- 2pm Tuesday-Saturday
Part Time:
Sunday (Floater/ On Call - for any available shift)
2pm - 10pm Friday and Saturday
10pm - 6am Friday and Saturday
We are looking for Full Time Direct Support Professional's (DSP) in our Adult Residential Services in the Tacoma area.
Per client's specific service plan staff must be female.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
Be at least 18 or older
Licensing and Certifications:
Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA)
Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current NAR/CNA (Paid by SA)
Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
