The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Director of Clinical Services to provide professional level administrative support for Wesley Health Home Care division.
Primary responsibilities include receptionist duties, responding to inquiries for service, communicating with field staff, medical records management using current EMR and agency processes, patient document tracking, in/outbound faxing, mailing and filing.
Other support duties as assigned.
