Position Summary: As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a high-value inventory, scheduling employees efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll be responsible for implementing the "Mygrant message" to both customers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and actively contributing to the growth and success of the branch.

Reports to: Branch Manager
Essential Job Functions:
Present the "Mygrant message" effectively to customers and employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Contribute to the development of business plans and goals.
Monitor and maintain branch performance goals/standards.
Coach and mentor branch employees for success.
Oversee branch sales and participate in developing sales promotions.
Assist in recruiting and training staff.
Manage branch teller staff and coordinate branch activities.
Maintain overall security of the branch and its employees.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership, team building, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and commitment.
Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect.
Keen eye for detail and safety.
Years of experience in inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
Experience with Microsoft products.
Minimum two years of management experience with at least ten employees.
Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent.
Familiarity with fleet and MHE safety and maintenance.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Demands:This role requires individuals to be physically fit and capable of exerting force as needed.
It involves close visual acuity, ability to perceive sounds, and physical activities such as lifting up to 75 pounds.
The role may also require prolonged periods of standing, bending, and maneuvering in various spaces.

Base Salary:
The base pay range for this position is $65,500 to $80,000.
The listed range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this opportunity at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s experience, education, certifications, knowledge, skills and geography/ work location, and may ultimately be more or less than the posted range.
Base pay does not include other forms of compensation, such as our offered benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA and 401k plan, holiday, sick and vacation days.
