We are looking to add an experienced and caring *Clinical Manager for Hospice *to oversee our *South King County *division*.

*A few of the Essential Duties of this role:*
* Ensures agency compliance with all state/federal home health/hospice laws & regulations
* Reviews all incoming referrals for appropriateness & manages approvals & assignments
* Reviews patient charts for medical diagnoses, procedures, medications, & clinical course
* Assists the DCS with planning, implementing & evaluating in-services & CEU programs
* Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, & mentoring organization personnel
* Participates in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow
* \*\*Due to a new division, there would be some requirements for direct patient care/on-call participation, temporarily
*What do we require of our Director of Clinical Services (RN)?*
* *A minimum of 2 years of home health or hospice experience*
* *Preference for those that have at least 1 year of home health and/or hospice management experience, but not required*
* A BSN degree is preferred, but not required
* Current BLS certification
* Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
* Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required
* Knowledge of home health and hospice regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
* OASIS Certification is preferred, but not required
* Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation
