*Seeking Reliable & Conscientious Housekeeper/Laundry Aide for our Environmental Services team
Northwest Retirement Community is seeking on-call AND full-time Housekeepers/Laundry Aides to perform various tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and residents' rooms; including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, and cleaning bathrooms and windows.
Some Responsibilities:
Vacuum, sweep, and mop tile resident rooms
Dust all surfaces in residents' rooms and public areas
Empty trash bins
Clean bathroom sinks, showers, baths, and toilets
Clean mirrors and interior windows
Move furniture as needed to permit cleaning
Change bedding, including turning of mattresses
Clean administrative and other staff office spaces
Clean common areas throughout and resident care spaces
Participate actively in team efforts to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility
Watches out for residents' personal items to ensure they are not lost or misplaced
Qualifications and skills:
Proficient at multi-tasking, organization, and flexibility
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, team player, caring, and able to foster an atmosphere of dignity and respect
Clean background check
Ability to complete Company training
