*SUMMARY: Administrative Coordinator - JA Auburn Education Center*

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic *Administrative Coordinator* to join our team.
This critical position serves as the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, educators, students, and guests.
The Administrative Coordinator also provides vital administrative support to Junior Achievement of Washington (JAWA) and plays a crucial role in representing our culture and mission.
*WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Key Responsibilities:* *First Point of Contact:* · You will create a warm and welcoming environment at the facility, greeting and assisting visitors, educators, students, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
· Embody and promote the culture and mission of JAWA.
Maintain a strong understanding of our organization's goals and values to communicate them effectively to all who enter our facility.
· You will facilitate the check-in process for all JAWA visitors.
*Administrative Support – Organization-wide*: · Provide essential administrative support to JAWA.
· Manage general JAWA Email inboxes and shared calendars.
· Assist in various office tasks to ensure the organization's smooth operation.
· Update JAWA systems/platforms as assigned.
· Act as a central communication hub - answer phones & emails, process mail, and assist with inquiries.
· Support HQ and Departments with website updates, onboarding & offboarding staff components, mailing requirements, and assisting with special projects and events as assigned.
*Administrative Support - Facility:* · Daily facility preparation and use coordination (facility use calendaring, scheduling vendors and janitorial services, technology, administrative support – invoice preparation, etc.
) · Act as a central communication hub, ensuring effective and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries.
· Assist with maintaining office supplies, organization, and order in available spaces.
· Collaborate with the Facilities & IT Manager to address any office-related issues.
· Maintain the accuracy of the facility’s storefront partnership updates.
*Administrative Support – Office of the President & CEO:* · Manage the CEO’s calendar.
*Required Skills/Abilities:* · Two years of general business experience required.
· Energetic, friendly, professional communication skills · Experience with C-Suite calendaring · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have data entry experience.
· Valid driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle.
· While this role must be onsite daily in Auburn, WA, some scheduling flexibility will be required to accommodate special events and projects in the evening or on weekends.
