*Qualifications:*
_*No less than 5 years of experience *_
High school diploma required
Functional knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) particularly Excel
Customer service-oriented approach, respond to requests with a sense of urgency
*Responsibilities*
* An Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate offices is responsible for all processes that pertain to timely payment of Accounts Payable vendors
* Must be able to accurately process, audit, document, and communicate payment to vendor accounts, and provide excellent internal and external customer service
* Provides input for the development of accounting applications, reports, forms, records, and documented procedure
* Credit card reconciliation and vouchering
* Prepare invoices and special billing, maintain billing queues to ensure prompt processing flow, maintain and track invoicing requirements, prepare invoicing and mail, and enter billing information into customer billing portals
* Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Develops solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason
* Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions.
* Provides input for the development of accounting applications, reports, forms, records, and documented procedures.
* Clarifies or researches issues as necessary.
_*Full Time : $25-30 hourly pay depending on experience *_
