Lost cat on Pacific/122nd St (Parkland)

On March13th, 2024 in FRONT OF ANIMAL CLINIC OF PARKLAND his kennel opened when I was ready to put him on the passenger seat and he ran.
He is 16 pounds and was scheduled to be neutered the next day, we just finished health check before neutering.
He is very shy but very sweet.
If you see him best is to call me, don't chase, he will run.
If you leave food out for him he might come for that.
He loves food.
His face marking are very distinguished.
Short hair, only white on chin and around eyes, looks like a little tank :) Please help, we love him and it breaks my heart to think how scared he might be right now.
He won't be able to find his way home, was the first time we went to that Veterinarian.
