You would be responsible for working with the office staff in Tacoma, WA and managing your own caseload of cases in the pre-litigation phases.
There will be numerous client meetings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
There will be very little downtime, however, there will rarely be a week that will require you to beyond the regular business hours.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a person who loves to help and work with people.

Compensation:
$120,000+ bonuses
Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to explain processes
Supervising the work of non-attorney staff
Negotiating with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
Taking depositions of parties and witnesses
Representing clients at arbitration and trial
Drafting Motions and other pleadings
Trial preparation
Qualifications:
Clear communicator
Proactive and hates to procrastinate
Above-average listening skills
Able to conduct legal research and produce written briefs timely
Creative approach to solving problems
