Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space.
As a recruiting coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our teams and meet our mission.
You will partner closely with our Recruiters, HR manager, Hiring Managers, and candidates, often being the first interaction that they have with our company.
Your duties and responsibilities will be focused on coordinating interviews, hosting onsite interviews for candidates, and providing a positive candidate and employee experience.
This role is contract with an opportunity for conversion after 2 months.
Responsibilities
Own and manage candidate scheduling and offer letter processes while ensuring a strong candidate, hiring manager, and employee experience
Create and execute offer letters for signature
Partner with HR for a smooth candidate onboarding experience
Gather recruiting metrics for executive meetings
Assist with candidate travel when needed
Participate in additional projects and programs such as the internship program
Participate in university relations, such as coordinating and attending career fairs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in scheduling in Outlook
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources in a fast-paced environment
Proven success with heavy scheduling/coordinating and prioritization of time-sensitive needs
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse preferred
Experience using Rippling as an admin – preferred
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Strong service mindset with both internal and external stakeholders
Compensation
Target Level:
Level 1: $26 - $39/hour
Level 2: $32 - $48/hour
