*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
As our Protection Order Specialist, you will handle a busy caseload of all manner of civil protection order cases.
Depending on your experience, this may be a remote or hybrid position.
However, you will need to be able to attend court when necessary as well as meet with clients.
Further, be an active member of the team.
In office would be beneficial.
*OUR REQUIREMENTS*
Our requirements for this position are pretty straightforward.
To qualify you must:
* 3 years preferably in family law or criminal defense with plentiful experience with civil protection orders
* Have an authentic passion for assisting clients
* Possess empathy, resourcefulness, and grit
* Know how to “sell” yourself, your fellow attorneys, and PLG to “Prospective New Clients” (“PNCs”), and have no hesitancy doing so
* Have the innate ability to stay loose under pressure and cool under fire.
Civil Protection order cases are messy and emotions run high.
You must be confident and professional.
* Have a team-centric attitude – must work well with support staff, fellow attorneys, and partners – truly be able to check your ego at the door
