*Capital Injury Law, PS is looking for a Lawyer to join our team in Lacey, WA! We also have an office in Tacoma, WA.
*
*This is an entry level position with a fast-paced environment.
*
*Bonuses Based on Performance.
Hybrid position with some mandatory office days, but we are a fully cloud based firm and remote work is easy.
*
*The Lawyer will be responsible for:*
* Appearing for clients in court and arbitrations.
* Depositions and mediations.
* Drafting and serving legal documents, including but not limited to: motions, petitions, subpoenas, motions and or replies, declarations, declarations of interest, notices, and other legal documents.
* Serving clients by answering phone calls and emails.
* Preparing and filing legal documents.
* Managing the office calendar.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:*
* JD or equivalent, or successful completion of APR 6.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer or intern in a law firm focussed on litigation.
* Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
* Must possess the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Eager to take Insurance Companies to the mat.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $110,000.
