Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers - Generate leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and referrals - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets - Track and report on sales activities and progress using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for clients - Proven ability to negotiate and close deals - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
