These services include:
Companion care, which includes light housekeeping, laundry, providing socialization, running errands, meal preparation and assistance.
Personal care, which includes grooming, bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, mobility, light exercises/ROM/rehab per PT instructions, accompany client to appointments, and medication reminders.
Detail management includes taking vital signs, assessment/care plan, having/following a personalized daily task sheet, skin checks, etc.
