Commencement Bay Corrugated, located in Orting, WA is a full-service corrugated box plant which was founded and incorporated in 1980.
The Plant is 360,000 square feet and employs approximately 175 people.
CBC manufactures custom boxes and sheets for customers located in the Western United States.
Customers serve in a variety of industries, including fresh produce, processed foods, meat, fish, beverage, and industrial packaging.
*Key Job Responsibilities for a Forklift Loader/Driver:*
· Operate sit-down propane forklift, in a safe and efficient manner, working in a team environment.
· Take product from the end of the production line and stage/move to appropriate section of facility or load in truck and complete daily maintenance checklist.
This position is 80% forklift, 20% on foot.
· Must have at least one year of previous sitdown forklift experience needed.
Starting pay rate is $27.
49 per hour.
Several pay increases built into the first 18 months of employment.
First pay increase at 4 months of $1/hr.
Shift Differential for swing shift ($0.
65/hr) and graveyard ($1/hr).
