Trail Ready 1998 Jeep Wrangler, including the following: 33x12.
50 BFG Mud Terrain tires, full size spare, rear Aussi locker, quick disconnect swaybars, 4.
11 gear ratio, soft top, rock sliders, CB radio, CD player, subwoofer
I bought my TJ a few years back specifically as an offroad toy and have only managed to take it out a few times, it’s mostly been sitting in my garage.
It’s trail ready, but with a few things to note that are expected with a used trail-ready Jeep:
-A few dents, a number of scratches, and a bit of rust.
The rust was there when I bought it, it’s been garaged since.
I also commonly left the top off while wheeling so the interior will show some signs of that.
-I broke a bracket that connects the suspension to the front axle.
I had a shop weld it back and they also added an extra plate for support.
This was clearly broken by one of he previous owners, it looked like it had been welded previously on the trail (very sloppy weld job).
This should be solid now.
-Including spare front and rear axle shafts, also including bikini top one of my friends gave me (never used it, so haven’t confirmed it fits but assume it does)
