We have additional private access garages that are available to rent for $150 per month as well!
We welcome pups and kitties! Dogs and cats under 25lbs will have the standard deposit of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
Pets over 25lbs *must* live on the 1st floor only and pay an $800 pet deposit, as well as $50 monthly for pet rent.
