Rare Player Baby Grand Piano (Puyallup)

I have a very rare Chickering of Boston Baby Grand Piano with Scrolls as shown in the last photo.
I have the foot pedals as well.
This piano can be played by hand or by scroll.
The famous Chickering was the first piano builder in America.
There were four generations of Chickering and this is the original first.
A restoration company told me that the value would be $45,000 if restored, but I prefer the original condition as it is beautiful the way it sits.
Chickering is known for it's rich deep sound due to the mahogany wood it is made from.
I have the foot pedals as well.
I'd love to keep this beautiful piano, but am moving and would rather not put it in storage.
