We are looking for an experienced Business Manager for apartment communities located in Fife/Puyallup/Auburn.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling, directing the day-to-day operations of the communities along with maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations.
This position includes but is not limited to, leasing, collections, resident services, scheduling maintenance, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage financial aspects of the business and operations including collecting revenue and processing deposits, approve and process invoices, understand budgeting and controlling expenses
Maintain management and administrative procedures including processing resident applications, submitting required reports, etc.
Facilitates maintenance including scheduling and inspecting make readies, ensures all work orders are completed in a timely manner, inspect vacant units and community on a regular basis, work with team members, vendors/contractors to complete projects.
Maintains excellent resident relations including resolving resident issues
Market and Leasing activities, completing timely market surveys, inspect curb appeal, ensure all traffic and leases are entered correctly.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, Fair Housing regulations

Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Proficient computer (Microsoft Office, AMSI) & internet skills required
2 years multi-family (apartment) business office experience required
