Position is considered full time at 32 hours per week.
The Office Manager for the daily operations of the office including but not limited to the following:
• Maintain and organize the reception area.
• Screen and route incoming calls and greets visitors to the office
• Plan and maintain the church wide calendar, on and off-line.
• Prepare the weekly bulletins and other materials needed for worship services.
• Schedule room assignments for groups using the church campus
• Order and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain and update standard forms and ministry literature.
• Pickup, distribute mail and correspondence.
• Coordinate all aspects of special events such as weddings and memorial services including but not limited to arranging for bulletins, tech support, custodial, and musicians.
• Coordinate facility use requests.
• Arrange for greeters and ushers for weekly services.
• Assist people requesting assistance from the Deacons.
• File paperwork.
• Notify Pastoral staff of member hospitalizations, deaths, etc.
• Prepare and manage church mailings.
• Track membership status and demographics and provide statistical reports as needed.
Prepare membership files and certificates for new members, letters of transfer and document baptisms.
• Manage all phone and digital storage services.
• Help prepare and publish the year-end annual report.
• Prepare and publish newsletters, weekly calendar and daily Verse of the Day.
• Create materials for small group activities.
• Program electronic sign.
• Schedule Zoom meetings.
• Maintain worship statistics.
Relationships:
Attends weekly staff meetings.
Works with the Executive Administrator, the Pastoral staff and other church members in the performance of his/her duties.
