Duties Cleans up rooms, halls, flights of stairs, and different territories.
Along with mop and vacuum.
Uses and maintains mechanical equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.
Cleans disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities, dusts assigned areas, and empties trash.
Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt.
Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
2.
Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Must meet physical requirements of the position.
Satisfactory completiong of a physical examination is required for this position.
Must be able to work a schedule that may include working nights and weekends and possible holidays.
Qualifications Candidates must me the following minimum qualifications: 1.
Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds (occasionally, move object over 50 pounds with assistance or with mechanical devices).
2.
Possess a valid motor vehicle operators permit.
3.
Have work experience performing the identified duties.
4.
Be able to work independently.

PCS Costs Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
FWS Allowances and Differentials This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts.
A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.
5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400.
A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.
Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid.
Retention incentive or bonus in the amount of $1,000 is authorized.
Regular Part-Time and Full-Time positions are eligible to receive a one-time $1,000 incentive after 6 months of employment.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
