• Processes cash receipts into LIMS, reconcile to customer balances, identifies exceptions and posts adjustments • Process OpEx invoices until transition to SAP in an accurate and timely manner • Prepares and compiles Settlement Statements, matches checks and send to vendors • Reconciles report discrepancies and problems • Provide backfill support for processing inventory adjustments, pole production and stock transfers • Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures • Corresponds with vendors, conducts investigations and brings complex discrepancies to resolution • Maintains awareness of all activities and issues that could impact daily operations and service levels • Participates and contributes to company safety program • Special tasks as assigned and participate in projects as needed Maintains Company and employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
