Vashon Island Golf and Country Club is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper for an in-office, part-time position.
The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks and Point of Sale (POS) system experience, excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.
)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Entry of daily POS System data (billing, sales, and payments received) into QuickBooks
• Input and generate payment of Accounts Payable as necessary to keep vendor accounts current
• Run and distribute monthly member billing statements (POS system)
• Reconcile member AR totals per the POS and QuickBooks
• Make bank deposits
• Reconcile checking, petty cash and ‘till’ cash accounts with QuickBooks
• Input and process semi-monthly payrolls (8-30 employees, seasonally)
• Prepare information packets and process new member accounts (set up in POS system etc.
)
• Answer phones and emails from Club members and non-members regarding Club membership,
activities, and schedules
• Process registration forms and billing for Swim, Golf and Tennis programs
• Update and create various Excel spreadsheets as required
• General Administrative duties and other tasks supporting other team members as needed
Benefits include:

Pay rate is $23.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
